Innes England appoints Kulbinder Mann

We’ve announced the appointment of a facilities, compliance and health & safety manager Kulbinder Mann, who has joined the company bringing with him almost 35 years’ experience.

Initially starting out as quality engineer in 1990 implementing the BS5750 British standard, he was then asked to fill the role of health and safety manager, a career which he has gone on to excel in for over three decades. Kulbinder’s previous experience includes being a health and safety advisor for Balfour Beatty and Barron McCann, working closely with various market-leading retail companies.

Kulbinder said: “I’ve worked in a variety of sectors throughout my career so I’m particularly excited about implementing what I’ve learned into property management.

“With this being a new role for Innes England I’m very much looking forward to making it my own and offering an extended service to our clients and ensuring both they and the business operate as safely and compliant as possible. I aim to carve out a legacy in this new role that will grow Innes England’s offering for years to come.

“It’s extremely refreshing to see a business like Innes England making health and safety a priority, and although I’ve only been at the company a short amount of time, I can tell that I’m already surrounded by a knowledgeable and hardworking team.”

One of Kulbinder’s main priorities is overseeing health and safety and carrying out inspection reports for existing clients and new management. Kulbinder is also a lead auditor in 45001 and ISO 900, as well environmental regulation.

Matt Hannah, our managing director, said: “Both health and safety and compliance is of paramount importance to us as a business and our clients, which is why we have invested in the appointment of Kulbinder.

“His experience speaks for itself, and I have no doubt that he is going to be an excellent addition to the company, not just in terms of his skillset, but also his wider education of the team.”
