In a sector increasingly reliant on high street visibility and consumer demand for "food-on-the-go" options, Greggs needed ideal properties with high foot traffic and accessible locations. The challenge was to secure these prime locations while adhering to Greggs' brand standards for customer experience, including space for larger store formats with added seating and an expanded menu offering.
The Challenge: Greggs, a prominent player in the UK's food-on-the-go sector, sought Innes England's expertise to support their expansion strategy. They required a larger space to facilitate more seating and to introduce a new coffee shop style unit, with expanded hot food offerings.
