- Installation of a spacer system
- Over-sheeting with 0.7mm plastisol-coated roof sheets, including 150mm Factory clad 40 insulation
- Installation of periphery flashings to ridge, eaves, and verge
- Removal of redundant roof penetrations
- Cleaning, preparation, and installation of new Plygene gutter linings
- Installation of new PVC rainwater pipes and flushing of rainwater goods
- Final site clean-up and removal of storage and welfare provisions
