Innes England is set to attend this year’s UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), joining thousands of industry professionals in Leeds from 20 – 22 May for what has become one of the most significant fixtures in the UK property calendar.

Now in its fourth year, UKREiiF has quickly established itself as a key meeting point for those shaping the future of the built environment. The event brings together a growing cross-section of the market, including local authorities, developers, investors, contractors, consultants and policymakers, all under one roof.

Craig Straw, director at Innes England, commented: “UKREiiF has rapidly become one of the standout opportunities of the year to connect with colleagues across the industry. The breadth of sectors represented, from commercial and residential through to infrastructure and energy, makes for an incredibly valuable few days of conversation, collaboration and learning.”

With more than 700 speakers expected across three days and an expanded programme of panel events, the forum offers unrivalled insight into the key issues shaping the sector, including levelling up, net zero, regeneration and future investment opportunities.

In addition to the formal programme, UKREiiF continues to offer extensive networking opportunities, with a packed calendar of fringe events and exhibitions designed to spark ideas and encourage knowledge sharing.

Craig added: “We’re looking forward to seeing familiar faces, making new connections, and getting stuck into the debate. It’s a great opportunity to showcase what the regions have to offer and to hear how others are tackling the challenges and opportunities facing our sector.”
