Innes England’s Birmingham office has welcomed Tim Ford as a director in our professional services team.

With over 30 years’ experience as a chartered surveyor, Tim is well-known in the Midlands property scene. He’s an expert at helping landlords and tenants navigate everything from lease renewals and rent reviews to business rates, acquisitions and dilapidations.

Tim joins from Johnson Fellows, where he spent more than seven years as a partner. His impressive CV also includes senior roles at Lambert Smith Hampton, ES Group and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

“Tim’s wealth of experience and reputation in the market make him a fantastic addition to the team,” said Adam Rock, head of the Birmingham office. “He’s going to significantly strengthen our professional services offering and bring real value to our clients across the region.”

Innes England has a strong presence across the Midlands, with offices in Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham. Since opening in 2022, the Birmingham branch has gone from strength to strength, expanding both its team and client base.
