We’ve announced the appointment of a facilities, compliance and health & safety manager Kulbinder Mann, who has joined the company bringing with him almost 35 years’ experience.
Kulbinder brings nearly 35 years of industry experience to the role. Starting his career as a quality engineer in 1990, he has since developed extensive expertise in health and safety management. He has held advisory positions with prominent firms such as Balfour Beatty and Barron McCann, working with leading retail companies.
Kulbinder said, “Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a variety of sectors, and I’m delighted to bring my knowledge and expertise to Innes England.
“This new role is an exciting opportunity, and I look forward to enhancing the services we offer to our clients while ensuring we maintain the highest standards.
“It’s clear from the outset that Innes England places great emphasis on maintaining a safe and compliant environment with regards to the properties that they manage, and I’m eager to contribute to this culture.”
Innes England’s property and asset management department manages over 1,500 properties. Kulbinder’s main responsibilities will include overseeing both tenanted and vacant property inspections, maintaining a robust and dynamic approved contractors list, instructing and supervising works, and—most importantly—continuing its commitment to ensuring all managed properties remain fully compliant and meet the highest standards.
Matt Howson, director at Innes England, added, “Health, safety, and compliance have always been priorities at Innes England. Kulbinder’s wealth of experience further strengthens our commitment to these areas, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
“We are already seeing the benefits of Kulbinder’s appointment. His expertise, knowledge, and the additional resources he brings will be invaluable to our team and the business as a whole.”
