Innes England has further strengthened its Birmingham office with the appointment of Matt Kitson as Associate Director in the valuation team.

Matt brings more than 25 years’ experience in valuing commercial property assets and portfolios, alongside extensive expertise in development consultancy, compulsory purchase orders and financial viability appraisals. His work has supported both developer-led projects and public sector clients across a wide range of schemes.

He joins Innes England as an associate director from Bromsgrove-based surveying firm Thomas Lister.

Commenting on his appointment, Matt said:
