Simon joined Innes England in 1988. His role involves conducting valuation work on behalf of the banks for security purposes, undertaking valuations for accounts and rental purposes, and dealing with compensation claims, rent reviews and renewals. Simon is the company’s non-domestic energy assessor, qualified to level 4, and he carries out energy performance work on behalf of clients.
