The Challenge: Innes England were instructed to secure a new tenant, manage the outgoing tenant’s dilapidations obligations and carry out required repairs to the property to facilitate a new letting. The project required close collaboration between our Agency & Development and Building Consultancy teams to meet tight timelines and maximise the property’s value.
The Challenge: Innes England began working with the Nottingham Building Society in 2021, providing strategic advice on branch disposals and lease events. As part of a long-term plan to maintain and strengthen their high street presence, the Nottingham Building Society was looking to relocate to a more prominent branch location in Nottingham City Centre. This move needed to be carefully timed with the disposal of their existing site on Upper Parliament Street, while also accommodating the fit-out period for the new premises to ensure continuity of service.
