Adam leads our brand-new Birmingham office and specialises in professional services ranging from valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and business rates. Adam is a Fellow of the RICS (FRICS), a RICS Registered Valuer and member of the Rating Surveyors’ Association also with IRRV (Hons) status.
As a RICS Registered Valuer, Adam provides valuations for loan security purposes, rental and capital valuations for a wide variety of property types and for a diverse client list ranging from private individuals to corporate banks.
Adam is experienced in all landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals and agreement of new leases acting on behalf of both the landlords and tenants. Adam has a good track record for successful third-party resolutions following dispute resolution whilst acting as an expert.
From individual clients through to large portfolios, Adam can advise on business rates to help save clients significant sums of money.
Adam has a passion for Rugby and used to play for the Bournville RFC until he snapped his Achilles around 10 years ago. Adam also enjoys scuba diving shipwrecks around the world, shooting and enjoys touring on his motorbike.
