The win in the Regional Investment Agency category reflects a sustained programme of deal-making throughout 2025, during which we advised on a diverse range of investment transactions. Asset types included industrial, student, PRS, offices and specialist properties such as educational facilities, demonstrating our ability to transact across both conventional and niche commercial property markets.
