Aman Verma originally joined Innes England in January 2020 and returned to the business in February
2026 as a Director within the Agency & Development team in Leicester.

Aman holds a First Class Honours degree in Real Estate and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He advises private and corporate clients across the Midlands on acquisitions and disposals across all sectors of commercial property and land.

With extensive knowledge of the Leicestershire market, Aman works closely with developers, investors and occupiers, providing strategic advice from site acquisition through to scheme design, marketing, lettings and sales. His experience includes advising on a range of high-profile development and investment projects, as well as supporting the delivery and management of large-scale industrial portfolios.

The Challenge: Over 25 years, Innes England has acted on behalf of multiple owners – Evans of Leeds, F & C REIT, Harworth and Hortons Estates handling the adjacent industrial estates at Derby Distribution Centre, Sinfin Central and more recently Sinfin Commercial Park. Derby Distribution Centre, the largest second-hand warehouse in Derby, presented a unique challenge to market and let with accommodation ranging from 80,000 sq ft to 400,000 sq ft of flexible second-hand space. Sinfin Commercial Park comprises a 30 acre site consisting of some 21 units from 3,000 sq ft up to 207,000 sq ft.
