Dillhan Sharma joined Innes England towards the end of 2021 as a Graduate Surveyor within our Professional Services team in Leicester and has since progressed into the Agency & Development team.

Dillhan graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate. It was during his studies that he knew he wanted to pursue a career in commercial property.

Now working within Agency & Development, Dillhan advises clients across the Midlands on acquisitions, disposals and development opportunities, supporting them in delivering strategic property solutions. Since joining the firm, he has continued his professional development and achieved MRICS status, further strengthening his expertise within the commercial property sector.

Outside of work, Dillhan is a keen Liverpool FC fan, plays for his local Sunday league side and is an FA Level 1 qualified coach. More recently, he’s also jumped on the padel trend.

The Challenge: Over 25 years, Innes England has acted on behalf of multiple owners – Evans of Leeds, F & C REIT, Harworth and Hortons Estates handling the adjacent industrial estates at Derby Distribution Centre, Sinfin Central and more recently Sinfin Commercial Park. Derby Distribution Centre, the largest second-hand warehouse in Derby, presented a unique challenge to market and let with accommodation ranging from 80,000 sq ft to 400,000 sq ft of flexible second-hand space. Sinfin Commercial Park comprises a 30 acre site consisting of some 21 units from 3,000 sq ft up to 207,000 sq ft.
