OUR EXPERTISE WORKING FOR YOU

Despite being all-time record goal scorer at primary school, Nick Hosking didn’t make the grade as a professional footballer. But Leicester City’s loss was our gain. These days, Nick puts his energy and expertise into high-profile property schemes on his patch.

Obtaining a landmark letting for landlord Aviva by advising them in the letting of Heritage Gate to Derby City Council, the city’s largest office letting for a decade. This assisted with the council’s temporary relocation while £34m redevelopment works were carried out at the council house.

Since having children, Nick doesn’t get as much free time as he used to, but he still enjoys watching Leicester City FC when he can and escaping the UK for sunnier climates. One of the bravest things he has ever done was to jump out of a plane 14,000 feet above Langar airfield for a charity sky dive … despite his fear of heights!
