Andy began his career as a qualified carpenter and joiner, working within his family’s construction and shopfitting business before progressing into building surveying. He holds a degree in Building Surveying and became a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2003.
Andy provides a broad range of building consultancy services, including dilapidations, project management and technical due diligence. Since joining Innes England, he has been involved in a variety of projects including dilapidations and roofing works, atrium re-glazing schemes, pre-acquisition surveys, construction monitoring on new developments, and landlord-led repair works.
Outside of work, Andy is a keen golfer with a handicap of 9 and enjoys restoring old cars. A self-confessed petrolhead and golf enthusiast, he also played semi-professional football for over 20 years.
