A. No. Opinions must be independent, objective and unbiased. The same rules, which are strict, apply to Expert Witnesses on both sides of a dispute, or equally to a Single Joint Expert (“SJE”).

A. Disputes of this nature are usually measured in weeks and months, not hours and days, but beyond that every matter is different, and can to a degree depend on matters outside our control, but an experience-based estimate can be provided.
