Joe is a member of the agency team and facilitates both acquisitions and disposals of properties across Leicestershire on behalf of a variety of clients.

OUR EXPERTISE WORKING FOR YOU

Joe graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a First Class Honours degree in Real Estate Management. His theoretical knowledge is extensive, with specialisms in valuation and economics. Joe also gained practical and relevant work experience through internships including one with Savills in their Hong Kong office. Joe’s experiences have confirmed his enthusiasm for a career within the property industry.

In his spare time, Joe enjoys spectating and participating in most sports, but his passion is rugby union.  He’s a big fan of the Leicester Tigers and also played in New Zealand with a successful touring sqaud.  Joe’s travels have taken him to four continents where he’s loved experiencing new cultures, opportunities and food.

The Challenge: Over 25 years, Innes England has acted on behalf of multiple owners – Evans of Leeds, F & C REIT, Harworth and Hortons Estates handling the adjacent industrial estates at Derby Distribution Centre, Sinfin Central and more recently Sinfin Commercial Park. Derby Distribution Centre, the largest second-hand warehouse in Derby, presented a unique challenge to market and let with accommodation ranging from 80,000 sq ft to 400,000 sq ft of flexible second-hand space. Sinfin Commercial Park comprises a 30 acre site consisting of some 21 units from 3,000 sq ft up to 207,000 sq ft.
