Freddie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. With a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from Birmingham City University, where he graduated with a 2:1 in 2019, Freddie’s foundation in the field is robust. He gained valuable industry insights through an internship at Colliers International, before embarking on his professional journey at Vail Williams, where he qualified as a MRICS and a registered valuer.

At Innes England, Freddie supports the business with Loan Security Valuations, catering to a range of lenders with precision and diligence. His meticulous approach ensures accurate and reliable valuations, providing invaluable support to our clients in making informed decisions.

Outside of the office, Freddie’s passions extend into the realms of music and fitness. A true enthusiast, he actively participates in triathlons, long-distance cycling, and swimming. Despite a recent injury side-lining his running pursuits, Freddie remains resilient and has embraced the challenge of learning Olympic weightlifting.
