Specialist in valuation, corporate recovery and restructure
Phil Glenn simply can’t keep his head above water. In his free time, that is. A qualified diving instructor, he’s passionate about the marine environment and marine conservation and he loves the underwater world. He regularly travels to warmer waters to enjoy all the sights of the ocean, from giant pacific manta rays and sharks to reefs and coral gardens. Back on dry land he’s never out of his depth, bringing his extensive expertise to our professional services team.
Phil has advised many major lenders but also carried out valuations for pension funds and insurance companies, purchase and sale, tax and probate.
An experienced receiver, Phil has advised many lenders on strategy and taken appointments on a wide variety of assets and is a Fellow of the Non Administrative Receivers Association.
Phil has over 30 years’ experience in the East Midlands property markets for both regional and national property consultants. He has a strong general practice background but has specialised for many years in the valuation of mainly commercial property, principally in the East Midlands. Phil has also been involved in expert witness work
When he’s not diving, Phil is a keen martial artist and loves to play the drums, badly, by his own admission. And if that wasn’t enough, he also enjoys running and swimming.
