Our Process

Acting on behalf of the client, we will inspect the property and provide a report that sets out our thoughts and recommendations in terms of marketing the property, including an estimated realisation price. Once you confirm the instruction, we will market the property utilising both traditional and cutting-edge technology, to ensure we reach all potential buyers as effectively as possible. We undertake accompanied viewings and negotiate with interested parties.

We provide expert guidance throughout the process including reporting on offers, undertaking due diligence on potential purchasers, preparing heads of terms and liaising with lawyers to ensure a successful conclusion.
