Josh joined Innes England in November 2025 as part of the Agency & Development team.
Josh graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2024 with a 2:1 in BA Geography and is currently studying towards an MSc in Real Estate with the University of the Built Environment, due to graduate in June 2027.
Working within the Agency & Development team, Josh supports clients across the Midlands on a range of instructions, advising on acquisitions, disposals and lettings, with a particular focus on office and industrial properties.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys going to the gym and has previously worked as a personal trainer. He is also a keen sports fan, regularly playing and watching tennis, padel and football, as well as following Formula 1. Josh is also a keen Manchester United supporter.
