Matt is a Director and shareholder at Innes England, leading the Property, Asset & Facilities Management department. Since joining the business in 2015, he has progressed through the company, playing a key role in the growth and development of the service line and now overseeing a multidisciplinary team providing property management, asset management, facilities management and lease advisory services across the UK.
His work spans portfolio strategy, asset management, landlord and tenant matters, lease events, acquisitions and disposals, helping clients maximise value, manage risk and ensure their property interests support wider business objectives.
Alongside leading key client relationships and driving business development, Matt is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the department. Known for his pragmatic and commercially focused approach, he is passionate about developing people, fostering a positive team culture and delivering an outstanding client service.
Outside of work, Matt is a keen runner and father of two. A lifelong Derby County supporter, he can often be found travelling the country with his son following the Rams, albeit with mixed fortunes on the pitch. He also enjoys a wide range of sports and spending time with family and friends.
