As expert witnesses, we can help with arbitration, independent expert referrals, civil proceedings, litigation, public enquiries as well as alternative dispute resolution such as PACT. Typically, in our specialisms, these are disputes over rent, lease renewal terms or capital value.
Our surveyors may be required by a judge, an independent expert or an arbitrator to provide opinions in the tightly regulated capacity of Expert Witness. Credibility, including a clear and genuine understanding of those rules is essential.
We have experts with 30 years plus experience in the market, a Chartered Institute of Arbitrators member and access to Innes England’s own respected research.
