Caroline has spent the past eight years as a regional manager for major retirement apartment developers; McCarthy Stone, where she was responsible for a portfolio of residential developments from the East Midlands to Scotland.
Prior to this, Caroline was the head of asset management and property services for Rutland County Council and a senior management surveyor for British Waterways, where she was deeply involved in several high-profile heritage projects. Since joining Innes England in December 2022, Caroline will be working with a wide variety of clients to manage property portfolios on their behalf, drawing on her skills in operational and facilities management.
Away from the office, Caroline enjoys the great outdoors! She has a cocker spaniel called Finch and a horse called Kyza. At the weekends, Caroline spends time on her partner’s farm – driving tractors in the Summer and looking after a herd of beef cattle (calving always starts after Christmas) in Winter.
