The Challenge: Innes England were instructed to secure a new tenant, manage the outgoing tenant’s dilapidations obligations and carry out required repairs to the property to facilitate a new letting. The project required close collaboration between our Agency & Development and Building Consultancy teams to meet tight timelines and maximise the property’s value.
The Challenge: Innes England began working with the Nottingham Building Society in 2021, providing strategic advice on branch disposals and lease events. As part of a long-term plan to maintain and strengthen their high street presence, the Nottingham Building Society was looking to relocate to a more prominent branch location in Nottingham City Centre.
