Grace joined the property & asset management team in July 2018 while completing her MSc in Planning and Development. In her role, she manages a wide range of asset management tasks such as Rent Collections and Service Charge Management for our enviable client list.
Her interest in property was sparked during her undergraduate degree in Sociology. Grace then went on to achieve her RICS-accredited Masters in December 2018, before becoming a Chartered Surveyor in May 2022.
Grace expresses a keen interest in sustainability and how this impacts the future of the industry. She is delighted to act as Innes England’s ‘Sustainability Champion’ with a core focus on how we can support climate change and reduce our carbon footprint within our local communities.
Grace is a former Associate Board member of LionHeart, a committee member of WREN property network and sits on the RICS UK Matrics board, further contributing to the industry.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys running and cycling. She has recently completed two half marathons and a duathlon.
