Defects in a building can originate from a failure to carry out essential repairs or adaptations to the required standard. A survey to detect defects is essential to recommend the best repair and future maintenance of the building.

Some defects may not be too serious, but our thorough and professional defect surveys will locate the defect that causes the larger and long-term problems that affect the efficiency and soundness of the building.

Our team of chartered building surveyors is highly experienced and consistently provides an effective, yet personal service. Often the buildings we survey are occupied and their function needs to continue. In some cases, the building owner is not aware of the defect.
