The Challenge: A leading Midlands university required detailed Depreciated Reinstatement Cost Assessments across six key buildings within its estate, including a Grade I-listed heritage building featuring original courtrooms and historic prison cells.
The Challenge: Innes England’s existing client occupied the wider property, including the Morrisons Daily store on Narborough Road, but identified that part of the accommodation was no longer required and was effectively being used as surplus storage space.
