Leah Spencer’s journey at Innes England began with a work experience opportunity in January 2022, shortly after completing Sixth Form with three A* grades in Psychology, Geography, and Business. It was during this time that Leah discovered her passion for building surveying.
In February 2022, Leah was offered a role as an Assistant to Building Surveying, which she held until May 2022. Leah returned to Innes England in September 2022, as an apprentice, gaining invaluable industry experience alongside her studying towards a Building Surveying degree.
Leah is actively engaged in various tasks within the Building Surveying team, providing assistance in services including dilapidations, development monitoring, reinstatement cost assessments, project work, and the preparation of schedules of condition.
Outside of work, Leah enjoys playing racquet sports and practicing Pilates. She also enjoys exploring different cultures and travelling.
